Celebrating our 100 Women in Property participants
Aurecon is proud to once again support the Property Council of Australia’s ‘100 Women in Property’ sponsorship programme http://bit.ly/2nBw14v. Nine nominations from Aurecon have been accepted into the programme with those participating receiving networking, profiling and professional development to further advance their careers, in what is often perceived as a male dominated sector. As part of an ongoing initiative to champion women in leadership as well as diversity in the workforce, the 100 Women in Property programme actively supports women who demonstrate outstanding leadership and top talent in the property and construction sector, across the country. Between April and December this year, each participant will collaborate with an experienced property professional who will assist her to grow her industry networks and gain visibility. The sponsor will act as a role model who advocates, together with key influencers, for the participant’s career growth and future success. The Property Council’s diversity initiatives align with Aurecon’s efforts in driving cultural change to embrace diverse and inclusive environments.
