Communicating Melbourne’s metropolitan planning strategy Plan Melbourne is the city’s metropolitan planning strategy, defining the principles and policies to guide the next 35 years of growth and change of a connected, liveable and sustainable Melbourne. Unsigned Studio worked with State Government agencies to articulate and communicate the key messages of the Plan, and to then illustrate them in 3 connected animations. The animations combine familiar scenes of daily life with on-screen text in a playful way.
