Sunshine Coast University Hospital - Delivering a legacy for the community

The Sunshine Coast University Hospital (SCUH) was AUD1.8b hospital project delivered by the Queensland Government as part of a Public Private Partnership (PPP) contract with Exemplar Health; a consortium comprising of Lendlease, Siemens and Capella Capital, with partners Spotless Facilities Services and Aurecon. Aurecon provided civil, structural and mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) engineering and environmentally sustainable design (ESD) services to the project and are proud to have helped deliver an enduring legacy for the people of Queensland.
